why not? =)
i love to “shake things up a bit” for breakfast sometimes … break away from our standard choices of oats (rolled or steel cut) and eggs.
the other morning, i poured some frozen strawberries and blueberries into a baking dish. i topped w/some grated orange peel (this ended up being the perfect addition) and maybe 1 tsp sugar. i also squeezed the juice of 1/2 an orange over the top.
in another bowl, i melted a few tbsp of coconut oil. once melted, i added some agave, rolled oats, brown rice flour and cinnamon.
i put this on top …
baked about 30 min at 350 and YUM! a healthy, delightful addition to our eggs. =)
